1. About these terms

These Terms of Use regulate your access to and utilization of hyggo.com.au and any purchases made through it. The site is managed by HYGGO PTY LTD (“Hyggo”, “we”, “us”). By utilizing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to purchase from us. If you create an account, you are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any actions taken under your account.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept and ship your order. We retain the right to refuse or cancel an order (for instance, if an item is unavailable or if there has been a pricing mistake), in which case we will inform you and refund any payment in full.

4. Pricing & errors

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. If we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you with the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout via one of our accepted payment methods. All transactions are processed by our payment partners.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy, while returns are managed through our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form an integral part of these terms.

7. Product information

We describe our products; however, images and descriptions are intended for guidance, and colours may differ slightly between displays. Availability of products is subject to change.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is either owned by or licensed to HYGGO PTY LTD and may not be copied or utilized without our consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, which includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its functionality, or using it for any illegal activities.

10. Consumer guarantees & liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, limits or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is confined to the resupply of the goods or the cost of resupply, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
