Our 14-day returns promise
We aim for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change of heart, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and sent back in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy complements your rights granted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be waived under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for significant failures, and to have items repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not qualify as a major failure. Change-of-mind returns are provided as an additional service beyond these rights.
How to return an item
- Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- We will respond within one business day with instructions on how to return the item and the return address.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging and return it using a tracked shipping method.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will initiate your refund or exchange.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is received as faulty, damaged, or if it is not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will organize a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Return shipping costs
For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping expenses.
Refunds
Refunds that are approved will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
Items we cannot accept
For reasons related to hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty. This includes personal care items, mattresses and bedding that have been opened or used, perishable goods, and made-to-order or clearance items marked as final sale. These stipulations do not affect your ACL rights.
