6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and delivered within 3–10 business days across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated fairly based on delivery postcode and order weight. A tracking number is provided with every order. Hyggo is not liable for delays caused by courier networks, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our 14-day return policy allows customers to return items within 14 days of receipt, subject to eligibility conditions. For change-of-mind returns, customers bear the cost of return shipping. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Hyggo covers all return costs. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. All returns and refunds are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyggo Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
